Theres no place like home; Obama arrives to the next stop on the democratic primary race, Kansas. The New York Times reports that Barack has never visited El Dorado before, and his main goals while visiting will be to establish a connection between the midwestern, American dream culture of Kansas and his own unique past.
“It is a varied and unlikely journey, but one that’s held together by the same simple dream, and that is why it’s an American story,” Mr. Obama said. “That’s why I believe that we are not as divided as our politics suggests, that the dream we share is more powerful than the differences we have, because I am living proof of that ideal.”
I believe Obama’s unqiue ancestry will prove to be his greatest advantage while striving to appeal to the Kansas voters.
